BetMGM remains an active, state-regulated US option in its cited casino markets. Its strongest verifiable distinction is the regulatory footprint, not one universal bonus or payout-speed promise: state, account, and cashier terms must be checked separately.
What Changed in This Review
BetMGM's US online casino is operated by BetMGM, LLC, the MGM Resorts International and Entain joint venture launched in 2018. Current operator material says the casino is legal in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia; regulator records were independently checked for Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
There is no honest nationwide bonus number. BetMGM's May 2026 state guide published different welcome routes: a 100% match up to $1,000 plus $25 in Michigan and New Jersey, a 1,000-spin route in Pennsylvania, and a 100% match up to $2,500 plus $25 in West Virginia.
