The player creates or receives a personalized barcode from the casino, chooses a participating location, presents the barcode to the cashier, pays cash, and keeps the receipt. PayNearMe notifies the gaming operator after the confirmed retail payment.
PayNearMe advertises a network of more than 62,000 U.S. locations, including participating 7-Eleven, CVS, Walgreens, Family Dollar, Kroger, Dollar General, and Casey's stores. It explicitly warns that not every location accepts iGaming transactions.
The barcode links the cash payment to the player's casino account. The store scans it, accepts cash, and issues proof of payment. The operator is notified of a guaranteed transaction within minutes.
PayNearMe markets the cash product for legal U.S. gaming states where it is licensed or authorized. It is not evidence that an offshore casino or a player outside an approved market can use the service.
Generate the barcode only inside the authenticated casino flow, select a supported store, pay the cashier, and retain the receipt. Barcode reuse, expiration, deposit minimum, maximum, and any store or casino fee are operator-specific.
The cash-at-retail barcode is a deposit method. PayNearMe's broader MoneyLine platform supports separate digital payout integrations, and it has announced cash-at-ATM products, but a casino must explicitly offer the payout option. Deposit acceptance alone does not create a PayNearMe withdrawal.
The provider does not publish one universal player fee or USD 500 daily casino cap. The operator, selected retail location, jurisdiction, and barcode flow display the applicable fee and limits.
PayNearMe says the operator is notified within minutes after a confirmed cash payment. The casino can still apply account, location, or compliance review before making funds playable.
The payment uses a personalized barcode and a receipt, but it is not anonymous: the barcode maps to the verified casino account. Cash payments avoid card chargebacks and bank-card exposure.
PayNearMe's integration documentation states that confirmed cash payments cannot be canceled or refunded within the PayNearMe platform. Contact the casino or biller for account credit, correction, or any merchant-approved refund and keep the receipt.
